Dealer Success Groups

A room full of dealers who have already solved it.

Dealer Success Groups is the membership side of Bob Clements International. You sit with other equipment dealership owners on a regular basis, work through your own numbers with an advisor every month, and put your parts, service, sales and management people through the same training your peers are using.

It runs live and ongoing, and it requires no travel. Hundreds of dealers are in it now, from outdoor power equipment, agriculture and powersports shops across small town North America.

1

Dealer Success Group meetings

You meet with other dealership owners, put a real problem on the table, and leave with something you can run on Monday. The other people in the room are not consultants. They own shops your size.

2

The BCI Dealer Toolbox

The tools and templates behind every department, so your service writer is not inventing a work order process from scratch and your parts manager is not guessing at stocking levels.

3

On demand training for every department

Parts, service, sales and management, available whenever your people have an hour. New hires start on it in week one instead of shadowing whoever is least busy.

4

Live monthly workshops

One topic, gone into properly, live, with room to ask about your dealership rather than a general case.

5

A monthly one on one with your advisor

Your numbers, your people, your quarter. This is where the group conversation gets applied to the shop you actually own.

6

Access to the BCI Hiring Program

For the roles that are hardest to fill, technicians above all, and parts people right behind them.

Plate twoSeason does not wait for the dealership to get organised. Most owners join a group in the quiet weeks and feel it during the busy ones.

Terms

Plainly stated

Membership is $839 a month. That is the whole figure, and it covers the group meetings, the Toolbox, the department training, the monthly workshop, your advisor session and the hiring program. There is no travel line under it, because the program runs live without any.

Ask your manufacturer whether they have a program that contributes toward it. A number of them do, and dealers routinely forget to ask.

If you want a number of your own before you talk to anyone, take the Recovery Rate Calculator and work out what your service department is leaving on the floor.

How to start

Three moves

  1. Apply to the program. It is short, and it is how we work out which group you belong in.
  2. Meet with an advisor. You talk through the dealership, the departments that hurt, and whether this is the right fit. If it is not, you will be told so.
  3. Grow the dealership. Group meetings, monthly workshops, your advisor, and the Toolbox behind your whole team.
